With over 26 years of experience in the print and mail industry, Valentina is an invaluable member of the team. Though her primary responsibility is the company’s financial operations, Valentina is a highly talented individual who also plays a vital role in the company and IDS.com's growth. With a degree in Business and a minor in Accounting and CIS, she possesses extensive administrative and management skills. With this skill set, Valentina manages and directs all personnel related to financial and corporate administrative operations of the company. Valentina is a crucial asset to the company’s strategic planning as well as our evaluation and professional development initiatives. In addition, she works to define processes and implement infrastructures necessary for sustainable growth. Valentina continues to play an important part in making our vision a reality.
Among other human relations awards and honors, she received the Highest Achievement Award (the most prestigious award in the course) from the Dale Carnegie Program.
As Vice President of Customer Care at IDS.com, Darrel Krause is responsible for maintaining effective strategies and efficiencies for serving our customers. Darrel has been with IDS.com for two years, and holds over thirty years in service management experience.
In particular, Darrel specializes in team building, on-going training, and policy implementation. He is also an expert at assisting companies integrate new software and technology for optimal performance. At IDS.com, Darrel was instrumental in successfully implementing our Quick Base web tool and our Mail Shop Upgrade.
Darrel is married to a teacher and is a father of three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, golfing, swimming, running, and biking. Darrel also loves food, wine, cooking, and hosting parties with his wife.
Sofya Loza works across traditional boundaries in Information Technology, with a passion for optimization and a focus on delivering great, quality products through exceptional teamwork. Sofya oversees a team of technology professionals, where her introduction of agile methodologies allows IDS.com to develop new technical solutions and create business-optimal data design products to better serve our clients.
Her experience spans over 14 years in the print and mail industry covering different aspects with expertise in scalable applications and document solutions. Loza’s team adaptability to constantly changing business challenges allows delivering best and innovative transactional document solutions for our clients. Her latest project is focused on transitioning to new CCM platform that will shorten new product delivery time, provide more efficient way for customer’s daily interaction with streamlining approval process and improving new customers onboarding process.
She earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Computer and Information Systems from University of Michigan.
David Sikina is the Information Security Officer for IDS.com, and has been a member of the IDS team for 19 years. In the ISO role he is responsible for developing secure business policies and practices, evaluating and selecting products to meet company security objectives, overseeing employee security awareness training, and ensuring IDS maintains good standing with our auditors and examiners. In addition, David oversees the IT infrastructure at all IDS locations and leads the web development staff.
David has been instrumental in establishing and executing the technical vision at IDS in areas such as web development, electronic documents, data center virtualization, cloud computing, and data security.
Currently in his second decade with the IDS team, Jim has been in the mailing, printing and financial statement industries for over 40 years. In working on some of the most innovative projects over the years, he has also helped implement many forward thinking practices in our industry today.
While his college studies centered around statistics and psychology, his experience of having worked in sales, operations and executive management is what makes Jim a valuable team member. “I feel we’ve built an incredible team. It always starts with finding the right people.”
Bob has over 40 years of experience in the print and mail industry. He started at General Motors Photographic when he was 20 years old, handling product recall notifications. He moved to the mail pre-sort industry at it’s infancy, joining the credit union statement processing industry 10 years ago with Datamail Services (nowIDS.com). He has held a number of positions at IDS.com, including Customer Service Representative, Manager of Customer Service, and now his current position, Director of Technical Support. Some of his duties include new client start-up, and larger technical projects with current clients to ensure projects are started smoothly and on time. He also supports the Customer Service department on technical issues, and he assists with IT on the development of new products.
Bob’s approach to business (and in life) is, “Nothing is impossible.” He’s a problem-solver, an innovative thinker, and he isn’t afraid to try something new.
Bob is married with two daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, craft beer, working with new technology, and socializing with friends.
